It is a great gift to be able to recognize what your own needs are and to be able to see and provide the needs of others, even those dearest to us. We cannot be grateful for having our needs fulfilled if we do not acknowledge what they are. In order to help facilitate this process, in this activity we provide you with “Fulfilling Needs” gift certificates. Use these as a creative way both to communicate your needs to those around you and to let others know you are open to providing them with their needs. There are two types of coupons: one for asking for your own needs and one for giving and fulfilling the needs of the other. We encourage you to use both!
